VESTRY CANDIDATES - ANN INMAN and KATHLEEN JOHNSON
I grew up in Gadsden, AL. I worked for J.P. King Auction Co., one of America's oldest and best known Real Estate Auction companies, for 22 years, traveling to almost every state in the Country, I met Buster when he was the Interim GM at the Gadsden Country Club. We had an opportunity to move here when he took over as the General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Maggie Valley Club and Resort. Buster had spent many summers here as his parents built and operated Camp High Harbor. After selling the camp to the Atlanta YMCA they built a house in Rabun County and the rest is History.
We attended Holy Comforter Episcopal Church while living in Gadsden, a beautiful church, exceeding 100 years old. I served on the Vestry and participated as a LEM and Lector and was in the Altar Guild. St James became our new church home after moving to Rabun County and I hold dear to all the traditions, liturgy and seasons of the Episcopal Faith and the things they stand for. Buster and I are blessed with three children, William (CA), Evan (Marietta) and Katie (Nashville).
